The Science

Why "Baking" Damages Filters

Old school "Burn & Bake" methods heat the DPF to 800°C. This risks melting the ceramic core and destroying the catalytic coating.

Our Flashclean™ technology is different. We use high-velocity water pulses mixed with a bio-agent. It's safer, faster, and cleans 100% of the filter, not just the center.

Traditional Bake
  • High Risk of Melting
  • 12-24hr Cycle
  • Ash remains inside

Diagnostic Help

Common DPF Error Codes

P2463

DPF Soot Accumulation

The DPF is full of soot and cannot regenerate. Requires immediate off-vehicle cleaning.

P2002

Efficiency Below Threshold

Flow restriction detected. Often caused by ash buildup that passive regeneration cannot remove.

P242F

DPF Restriction - Ash Accumulation

Critical blockage. Engine may enter "Limp Mode". Do not force regen. Needs physical cleaning.
